Can I make an online booking?
We are just two players, are we being mixed with an other team?
No, you will not be mixed with another team. You book per team, and it doesn’t matter if you are playing with 2 or 5 or 6 players. You will always play with your own teammates.
I would like to book with my company, is that possible?
Yes, you can book your teambuilding with us! We can draft a invoice with the company details. Please contact us in this case.
Can I book multiple teams at the same time?
Yes, you can book 4 teams at the same time. You can start at the same time and race each other. The maximum capacity is 24 players in total.
I am coming with my family, is the route suited for strollers?
The route is not entirely wheelchair friendly. You can walk around a bit to get to the right places, but there is one task in the game where this is difficult. Especially for a wheelchair. A stroller can go up. If you have any questions about this, please feel free to contact us by email.
How can I make the payment? And the deposit?
You can make the payment in cash at the starting location, the office. The deposit will be safely stored while you play and when you come back, we will check the materials and return the deposit. Please always check the materials when you receive them, in case anything is broken, update the game master immediately.
How can I cancel?
You can cancel, free of charge up to 24 hours before your starting time. Send us your reservation details and we will sort it out. If you cancel less than 24 hours before, you will receive an invoice for the full amount.
Where do we start?
The game starts after a short briefing on the Benthemstraat 30, in Rotterdam Center. You will also finish here!
Can I use the toilet at the starting location?
Unfortunately, no, there is no toilet available.
